Conduct real-time fit trials and wear tests; record and action all comments.
Validate workmanship, fabric performance and compliance against standards.
Ready for Production
Finalise size sets, pre-production (PP) samples and approvals.
Handover complete tech packs and QC checkpoints to factories for bulk production
Production Process
Sourcing of approved fabric and placing order booking for fabric / other raw materials for the style.
Fit Samples using actual fabric with buyer’s given measurements.
Make Pre-Production sample using all actual fabric / trims / packaging and share with buyer.
Receive bulk fabric and trims inhouse in the store. All received goods go through inventory and inspection as per international standards.
Factory makes size set samples using bulk fabric and trims from the production line and goes for Pre-Production meeting with buyer’s representative. all production issues are discussed during this meeting.
Factory starts production – Cutting / Numbering of cut parts / Feeding the cut parts in the production line / sewing / in line inspection / finishing / packaging.
Our factories have SEDEX / BSCI / Wrap / Disney compliances across India & Bangladesh.
Final inspection by buyer’s appointed Inspection company.
Shipment to the Forwarder by closed trucks.
